Once your offer and all the necessary references have been accepted by the landlord there is a reservation fee payable of £500. This will be taken into account and deducted from the balance of the monies payable (i.e. rent) 24 hours before you move in.
There is a fee of £120.00 including VAT for drawing up the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. A copy of the agreement will be handed to each tenant.
There is a fee of £180.00 including VAT for drawing up the inventory. A copy of this will be given to each tenant.
A deposit of 1.5 times the monthly rent to be paid in clear funds before the signing of the agreement. The deposit is then sent and registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme under the Custodial Scheme.
For renewing the tenancy there is a fee of £60.00 including VAT.
